One of the standout achievements was our adaptability to deliver a more customizable and dynamic sportsbook experience through AI and ML technologies. We invested heavily in enhancing AI-driven sportsbook functionalities and risk management tools, which have started to pay off through improved operational efficiency for our partners. Additionally, our partnership with Magnus Carlsen as a brand ambassador brought new visibility and excitement to BETBY.

The sportsbook supplier industry is evolving rapidly, with technology driving change across every facet. There’s a clear shift toward more data-driven decision-making and personalized betting experiences. AI and machine learning are becoming invaluable for optimizing operations, especially for tasks like trading, risk management, and providing players with a personalised betting experience.
Which are the most interesting markets for BETBY right now?
The market interest perspective is important aspect no doubt. Latin America is particularly exciting at the moment, with the introduction of newly regulated markets, such as Brazil, opening up diverse opportunities for suppliers and operators alike. Same thing applies for Asia, with some countries pondering about fully regularising the industry. Europe still remains the most mature market, however at the same time the North American market is as well emerging as a market generating substantial interest.
What do you expect from the Sigma Europe Summit this year?
Sigma Europe is always a fantastic opportunity to network, share ideas, and see the latest product showcases in our industry. This year, I expect the event to showcase even more innovation around player experience, compliance, and emerging technologies. We’re looking forward to discussing industry trends and exploring potential partnerships. For BETBY, it's a valuable opportunity to not only display our latest offerings but also bring fresh insights back to our team.
Eva, what are your plans for the BETBY’s next year?
Next year, our primary focus will be on expanding BETBY’s reach and advancing our product capabilities even further. We’re planning to enhance our platform with additional features that will make it even easier for our partners to customize and differentiate their offerings. We also aim to deepen our presence in some of the high-growth regions mentioned earlier.
Additionally, we’re investing in talent acquisition and training to ensure we have the best people helping us push the boundaries of what’s possible.
The biggest achievement you are proud of?
One of our most significant achievements this year has been our ability
to consistently deliver top-notch service and technology to our clients, even amid rapid growth and expansion. I’m especially proud of our team’s commitment to innovation—introducing cutting-edge AI features, optimizing our platform for scalability, and constantly seeking ways to make our clients' businesses more successful. Additionally, having a global chess icon like Magnus Carlsen join the BETBY family as our brand ambassador has been a major milestone. His association with BETBY reflects our dedication to strategic thinking, excellence, and pushing boundaries within the sportsbook industry.
